Well-rounded effort with a nice American noir tone that easily could have been overdone. Large, fairly realistic setting. GO TO was helpful. Challenging and entertaining.

Ambitious, but the level of detail doesn't always live up to the size of the world, particuarly with respect to the NPCs. Very easy to end up wandering about randomly for hours on end.

Set in a world of massive scope, with a film-noir style atmosphere, but it lacks enough direction to quite click as the masterpiece it would like to be. Huge amount of effort involved, however.
