Despite being just an introduction, this is a fairly extensive piece, with several puzzles. It has some annoying features -- I wasn't always happy with the way the RPG stats are used, and there is a bit more randomness than is entirely pleasing in IF. But it is an ambitious project and fun to play with for a while.
